Savant Wealth Management to acquire AMDG Financial, Business Advisory
ROCKFORD – Savant Wealth Management, a nationally recognized wealth management firm based in Rockford, has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire AMDG Financial and AMDG Business Advisory Services.
AMDG Financial is a paid RIA serving nearly 300 clients, and AMDG Business Advisory Services is a tax and accounting firm.
Both companies are located in Plymouth, Michigan. The acquisition will expand Savant’s national footprint and mark the company’s official entry into the Michigan market.

The Northern Illinois Hospice underwent a rigorous and unannounced on-site review in May. Rockford offers businesses a new way to submit payments
ROCKFORD – The City of Rockford now offers Rockford’s new online customer self-service system that allows businesses to report and pay self-reported sales taxes.
CSS will automatically calculate the amount of tax due when entering sales, accept payments, and provide businesses with past returns and payment information. Online payments can be made by credit card or electronic check. Payments made by credit card can be made at no additional cost; however, payments made by eCheck will incur an additional convenience fee of $ 1.
